HOW YOUR DONATION HELPS

A case costs £250.

You can provide funding for all or part of a case.

Help us to support those who are targeted just for being Muslim, such as Hijab wearing ladies attacked for being strong in their faith and Muslims who have had alcohol thrown on them because attackers know how horrific a crime this is.

Legal cases are expensive and we provide a free service to Muslims in hate crime cases, supporting them in challenging the Police when they fail to act and at court when prosecuting hate crimes.
A case costs £150.

You can provide funding for all or part of a case.

Help us to support parents of Muslim children who are prevented from praying salat whilst at school or who are questioned as if they are terrorists for simply wearing a Palestine badge.

This funding will allow us to represent parents and accompany them at hearings where they are expected to submit detailed evidence and attend without any support.

We have helped schools with more than 350 Muslim students, who wish to challenge unlawful and Islamophobic practices.
A case costs £500.

You can provide funding for all or part of a case.

Employment cases are often very complex and are really important for the finances of a family. If the main earner loses their job, they will not have £40k, to pay for the cost of seeking compensation.

If you lose your job because you complain about being mistreated or bullied just for being Muslim, funding a legal case will mean that we can represent Muslim clients for a fraction of the usual cost.

If for example, Muslims lose their job because they complain about being mistreated, or they are bullied just for being Muslim, you can help to fund their legal cases and this will mean that we can represent many more Muslim clients. Also, as long as there is an element of religious discrimination, we can help Muslim clients with many other areas of Employment law, such as; unfair dismissal, redundancy, sex/disability/race discrimination, whistleblowing and harassment.
£75 to deliver a seminar or surgery.

With your funding, we can provide free training sessions (online and in-person) across England and Wales, for both organisations and individuals, including Masjids, community groups and other charities.

Help fund this important work, because we can often reach both Muslim and non-Muslims, educating them about how to combat Islamophobia and advising as to how to amend or challenge internal policies which directly or indirectly discrimination against Muslims.

We can also help educate Muslims in Masjids and in local groups, so they become aware of their rights and feel empowered to deal with matters themselves.
£50 will cover the monthly cost of running our helpline.

Funding toward the cost of our free helpline, will help ensure that it can remain open 5 days a week, from 10am to 5pm.

Help us provide timely, confidential free advice and support over the phone, when it is urgent and needed the most.
£10,000 will cover the annual cost of funding research tools and legal/volunteer management systems.

Please help fund these essential resources, as they are vital for provision of our services.

The cost of legal research tools, our Volunteer App and our substantial legal case management system (for confidentially handling data and managing 100’s of complex cases) is substantial.

Help provide funding toward these significant costs. Without them we cannot engage with and support our 80 volunteers who are nationwide, nor manage the 100’s of legal cases we deal with each year.

OTHER WAYS TO HELP

Create a campaign

Fundraise for us starting a campaign to share with friends and family. According to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, “The one who calls towards a good deed has a similar reward to the one who fulfils it” (Muslim).

Sadaqah is regarded as one of the most virtuous deeds. Therefore, encouraging others—such as friends, family, and followers—to participate in this act can result in significant spiritual rewards, as each contribution given for the sake of Allah is attributed to those who inspired it.

Volunteer

There are many ways in which you can participate – what type of work, the amount of time you want to spend, is entirely up to you. Volunteers often pick up skills which are useful in other parts of life.
