Abdullah*, a Muslim teacher, was unfairly dismissed by his school because he was falsely accused of introducing gender segregation in his classroom. When Abdullah made a report to the IRU, we supported him in taking his case to the employment tribunal. We helped him to prove the allegations were wholly incorrect and we were able to secure a pre-trial settlement offer of £5,000.
