Employment cases are often very complex and are really important for the finances of a family. If the main earner loses their job, they will not have £40k, to pay for the cost of seeking compensation.
If you lose your job because you complain about being mistreated or bullied just for being Muslim, funding a legal case will mean that we can represent Muslim clients for a fraction of the usual cost.
We have also helped Muslim clients challenge Islamophobic decisions in the workplace and still keep their job, by negotiating a settlement for them and/or supporting their disciplinary or grievance process.
